Rest assured that when you order from Halo Light Kits.com, orders will be shipped promptly. We have tens of thousands of items in stock at our warehouses in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Some products we sell are drop-shipped directly to you from other warehouses around the United States.

Please note that some products are custom-made to order and thus require extra time for manufacturing. These products and their associated manufacturing time frames should be denoted in that particular item's description on this website. This time frame is normally no more than 3-5 days,

Expected ship dates are our best estimate based on past shipping times and are more than 99% accurate. Should an unexpected delay in shipping occur, we will immediately notify you by telephone or e-mail of the new projected shipping date and provide you with an opportunity to keep your order or cancel it for a prompt and complete refund.

In-stock items usually ship in 1-2 business days (weekends and holidays are not considered business days).

Please allow an additional 3 to 7 business days after the shipment date for delivery.

Shipping costs

    The exact shipping price and time varies. The price and time depends on product size, delivery method, and other factors. Pay close attention to shipping notes next to a product's price. Doing so will keep you up-to-date on all of the shipping factors for your item(s).

    Once the item ships, please allow an additional 3-7 business days for delivery to your door. Our products ship from several different warehouses and manufacturers across the United States, Canada and Great Britain. As a result, the exact shipping method and shipping times will vary by item. Please also note that your items may not ship together or arrive at the same time.
  • Expedited shipping
    When available, expedited shipping options will be offered to you in your "Shopping Cart."

Free Shipping 

Get FREE SHIPPING on qualified items.

We offer free shipping on qualified products, saving you some valuable cash on many different accessories. Some restrictions may apply. Here's the details:

  • The free shipping offer is valid only on qualified items. Eligible items are identified on their product information page with the free shipping icon. They can also be identified in your shopping cart when "FREE" appears in the shipping column.
  • Shipping method for free shipping items will be selected by Halo Light Kits.com. Free shipping orders will be delivered via a standard ground shipping method selected by Halo Light Kits.com or our direct-ship manufacturers/fulfillment centers. Orders that are made for express-delivery items are not eligible for free shipping.
  • The free shipping offer does not apply to the truck or freight shipments typical of oversized items. Some of the items we sell exceed the size limits for standard ground shipping and must be sent by truck or freight delivery. These items are labeled as oversized on their product information page and will not feature the free shipping icon.
  • Free shipping is not available on international (outside the United States), Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico orders. Only standard ground shipping orders to residential and commercial addresses in the continental US are eligible for Free Shipping.
  • Halolightkits.com reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.

Canadian Orders

We stocks items and is able to send shipments to our Canadian customers from our Toronto, Ontario, warehouse.  Autogrilles uses Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or DHL on all shipments into Canada. We find these methods to be quick, secure, and cost effective. The US Postal Service will not be used to ship into Canada at this time. With all Canadian inquiries, we will notify you and gain your consent before accepting payment and shipping any packages.

Customs fees

Canadian orders not in stock at our Canadian location may be subject to tariffs, customs duties and associated assessments. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charge by Halo Light Kits.com does not include any of these fees. Customs fees are normally charged by the company delivering the package (Canada Post, UPS, DHL, etc).

**Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on packages that are refused or sent back to Halo Light Kits.com due to unexpected tariffs and customs fees.

International orders

Halo Light Kits.com accepts international orders.  To place an international order or get a quote for shipping outside the continental US, or to place a US order with a foreign credit card, please contact us.

Halolightkits.com uses either the US Postal Service, Canada Post, or UPS for nearly all shipping outside the continental United States. We find this method to be quick, secure, and cost-effective.

Foreign credit cards

We gladly accept foreign credit cards (with no minimum purchase required) if used to place an order to be delivered within the continental US. These orders are not subject to additional shipping charges.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US Territories will be charged additional shipping fees.

International shipping rates

If you would like to determine the shipping costs before placing your order, please contact us via email or call 1-312-341-1113. Please state the items you want to order and the exact address to which they will be shipped to.

In most cases, we can ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories. For these orders, simply proceed through checkout as usual. When available, orders will receive a shipping cost at checkout.

**Please Note: While we are able to ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories, they will require extra time for delivery and will be charged additional shipping fees. These orders are not eligible for free shipping offers.

If you're ordering from any of these areas and do not see a shipping rate after clicking on "Process Order" at checkout, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to inform you if the product can be shipped and provide you with the shipping costs. **Your order will not be processed until we have received your express approval of the shipping costs.

If you would like to determine the shipping costs before placing your order, please contact us. Include the items you wish to order and the exact address they will be shipped to. We'll email you a shipping quote for the items you want within 1-2 business days.

How long will delivery take? 

Because our products ship from different warehouses in different states and sometimes different countries, shipping times to your address will vary. Please allow an additional 3 to 7 business days after the shipment date for delivery.

Can I get my order faster?

For expedited shipping options, please contact us. We'll contact you with express delivery options for your items.

**Please note: Orders shipped with expedited delivery options are not eligible for free shipping.

Can I select the shipping company for my order?

Halo Light Kits.com uses the best possible shipping method for your order's delivery. The shipping company used to handle your order will vary by item, manufacturer or fulfillment center. At this time, we cannot change the shipping method used for your item(s) on request. We also are not able to ship items on customer's UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. shipping accounts.

For expedited shipping options, please contact us. We'll contact you with express delivery options for your item(s), if available.

**Please note: To be eligible for free shipping, we must select the shipping company and method for your item. Express shipping options are not eligible for our free shipping offers. 

Can I ship to a different address? 

Absolutely! After you proceed to checkout, enter the address where you'd like your order delivered. Then, select the "no" button below, indicating the address you entered is not your billing address.

Please enter your billing address at the next screen, and make sure it's the same address that appears on your monthly credit card statement. For extra precaution and to avoid any possible delays with your order, you may want to notify your credit card company that you are shipping to an alternate address.

Will all of my items arrive at the same time?

Because we work directly with the manufacturers, items may ship at different times from various locations in separate boxes. Therefore, we cannot assure you that items will ship together or arrive at the same time.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

We usually receive a tracking number from our manufacturers when your order ships (normally 1-2 days after you place your order). We will then call you with or email this tracking number to you within 24 hours of your order shipping out, so you can easily track your package(s) from the factory to your door.

You can also retrieve a tracking number when you check your. If a tracking number is available, it will show in the "Shipping Status" column. Each tracking number is linked to the shipper's website for updated package status and estimated delivery date(s).

A tracking number may not be available for your order if the item has not shipped yet, is still being custom-manufactured for your vehicle, or if the direct-ship vendor for your item does not provide tracking numbers.

Can I give the delivery driver special instructions?

At this time, we are unable to issue special shipping instructions to delivery drivers (i.e. leave package with neighbor, leave package on porch, etc.). You may leave a note on for the driver on your door with special instructions; however, the delivery of the package is still at the discretion of the driver.

Once your item has shipped and you have received a tracking number, you can attempt to give special delivery instructions to the shipping company handling your package(s).

Will I have to sign for my package?

For your security, our manufacturers may require a signature for delivery. You may leave a note for the driver with special instructions, however, the delivery of the package is still at the discretion of the driver.
